A Path That Begins with the Land
Darb Meshaa Consulting & Training is a Jordanian company that brings together hands-on agricultural work, management consulting and professional training. We were founded in 2022 in Madaba, close to Dhiban where the Mesha Stele was discovered, from a simple conviction: farmers and investors deserve a single partner who understands both the land and the numbers.
Today we work with farmers, agricultural project owners, companies, institutions and development agencies, accompanying them from preparing the land to managing the project and training its teams.

Why “Darb Meshaa”?
Our name is inspired by the Mesha Stele, the basalt stone discovered in Dhiban near Madaba in 1868 and one of the most important inscriptions in Jordan’s history. We chose the stele because it bears witness that this land has known farming, building and documentation for thousands of years.
“Darb” — the path — is what we offer: a clear route we chart with every client, from idea to harvest.
In our logo the stele appears in two halves: a basalt half for expertise and consulting, and a green half for agriculture and fieldwork. A path splits it and leads to the sun, and three lines cross it — the lines of the inscription and the terraces of the land at once.
